Billing
Adryse runs on a prepaid model. You top up a balance, and conversions deduct from it as they happen. No invoices to chase, no monthly fees.
What you pay for
Every approved conversion incurs two amounts deducted from your balance:
- Publisher commission — what you agreed to pay publishers (e.g. 8% of order value, or €5 per signup).
- Adryse fee — our platform fee, charged on top of the commission. From 2% of order value (35% of publisher commission); see pricing for the full schedule.
Both amounts are held from your balance the moment a conversion is registered (pending state), and locked in when it’s approved. If a conversion is reversed before approval, both amounts return to your balance.
The conversion lifecycle

Statements
Every transaction shows up in Dashboard → Ledger — escrow holds, approvals, refunds, top-ups, and Adryse fees as separate line items so the running balance always reconciles. Export to CSV for your accounting system.
We’re rolling out monthly PDF statements with VAT breakdowns shortly. In the meantime the CSV export contains every field your bookkeeper needs.
VAT
Adryse’s platform fee is a service provided by Idealy AB (Sweden). VAT treatment depends on your business location:
- Sweden — 25% Swedish VAT charged on the Adryse fee.
- EU outside Sweden with VAT number — 0% reverse charge. Provide your VAT number in Settings → Billing.
- Outside the EU — 0% (out of scope).
Publisher commission is a separate flow — when paid to publishers, we handle VAT on their side based on their entity type and location.
What happens when balance runs out
If your balance drops below the conversion threshold, your brand auto-pauses. Existing tracking links keep redirecting (so attribution isn’t lost) but new conversions are flagged for Adryse’s account. Top up via Dashboard → Deposits to reactivate immediately.

Questions about a charge?
Open the conversion in Dashboard → Conversions to see the publisher, click history, exact commission math, and ledger entries. If something looks wrong, email [email protected] with the conversion ID and we’ll investigate.
