An advertiser you promote is paused

Advertisers add funds to their Adryse account before their campaign can run, and this advertiser has used up its budget for now. Because of that, we have paused it automatically.

While it is paused, its tracking links stop converting, so any new clicks you send will not turn into commission. This is not a problem with your account, and you have not done anything wrong. Just as important, every commission you have already earned from this advertiser is safe. Nothing is lost or cancelled. Those earnings are simply held until the advertiser adds funds again.

As soon as the advertiser tops up, we set it live again automatically and pay your held earnings in your next payout. We will email you the moment that happens, so you don’t need to check back. In the meantime, it is a good idea to point that traffic to another advertiser so your visitors are not wasted.

A commission was reversed

Sometimes a sale you were already paid for is later cancelled, returned, or rejected by the advertiser or their network. This is a normal part of affiliate marketing and happens on every network, not only Adryse.

When a reversal happens after you have been paid, we recover that amount from your future earnings rather than asking you to send anything back. We take it from your next payout, and if that payout does not fully cover it, the small remaining balance carries over to the one after that. You never end up owing us money directly.

The email lists the advertiser, the order reference, the amount, and the reason, so you can match it to the original sale. You can also see the reversed conversion in your dashboard.

You’ve been paid

Good news: we have sent your payout to your connected payout account. From here it is handled by your bank or payment provider, and it usually arrives within a few business days. The exact timing depends on your bank, not on Adryse.

The email shows the amount we sent and the invoice number for your records. You can review your full payout history, including this one, in your dashboard under Payouts. You don’t need to do anything to receive the money.

A payout didn’t go through

We tried to send your payout, but it did not go through. First, the important part: your money is completely safe and nothing has been lost. Your earnings are still yours and are simply waiting to be paid.

A payout almost always fails for a small, fixable reason with your payout details. The most common causes are:

  • Your Stripe payout setup is not fully finished.
  • Your bank or payment provider declined the transfer.

To fix it, open Settings → Payouts and check that your details are complete and correct. Once they are, you don’t need to request the payout again. We automatically include the amount in your next scheduled payout.

For advertisers

Your account is paused

Your account balance has reached zero, so we have paused your account for now. Please don’t worry: your setup and history are untouched, and this is quick to undo.

While your account is paused, your tracking links keep working and keep recording conversions, so you will not lose any sales data. What pauses is payment: payouts to your publishers are held until you add funds. If any conversions are approved while your balance is negative, we add them to your balance and include them on your next monthly statement, so nothing goes unbilled.

To start everything again, simply add funds to your account. That clears any amount you owe and immediately reactivates your account and your publisher payouts.

Your account is active again

Thank you for topping up. Your account is now live again, your tracking links are converting as normal, and payouts to your publishers have resumed. If your balance had gone negative while you were paused, that amount has already been settled from your top-up, so there is nothing further you need to do.

Your monthly statement

At the start of each month we send you a statement, in the form of an invoice, for the previous month. It is a summary for your records and your accounting.

The statement lists the publisher commissions and Adryse platform fees that were taken from your account balance during that period. Because Adryse works from your prepaid balance, this statement has already been paid. You do not need to make any separate payment, and there is nothing you need to do. It is simply a clear record of what your balance was spent on.

You can view and download all of your statements at any time in your dashboard under Invoices.
